- Chhole (Dry) - 150g (1 1/2 medium katori)
- Tomatoes - 100g (2 medium size)
Rasoi Magic Chana Masala Mix
- Soak dry chhole overnight & pressure cook till it gets soft. Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
- Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes & cook for 2 - 3 mins. Add spice mix paste and cook further for 2-3 mins.
- Add pressure cooked chhole, 1 1/2 cup of water & cook further for 4-5 Mins.Garnish and serve hot with Bhatura or Naan.
Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
